Ever feel like your brain is a TV with 500 channels, but someone else has the remote? That’s my everyday life 🤔☺️

I sit down to write an email, suddenly I remember I need to check my bank account or Crypto. While checking, I see a notification about a sale—I go look, obviously. Five minutes later, I’m deep into YouTube tutorials on how planes fly… but I still haven’t sent the email.

The impulse to jump from one thing to another is constant. It’s exhausting. But I’ve learned a trick: ⚡ Write it down, then wait. When an idea or task pops up, instead of immediately chasing it, I write it down and force myself to finish what I started. If it still seems important later, I’ll deal with it.

It doesn’t always work, but it’s progress.
