Elias – The Hyperfocus Zone Opensea
I barely notice the world around me. The ticking clock, the faint hum of traffic outside, the unfinished coffee at my side—it all fades into the background. The only thing that exists is this page, this pen, and the endless stream of thoughts pouring out of my mind.
My phone could buzz a hundred times, and I wouldn’t even blink. Hunger, thirst, the ache in my neck from sitting too long—I’ll only feel it when I finally snap out of it.
People call this hyperfocus. Sometimes, it feels like my greatest gift. When I’m here, I can create, build, and think faster than ever. But it’s also a trap. The moment I break free, I realize what I’ve lost—missed messages, forgotten tasks, and the exhaustion creeping into my bones.
ADHD isn’t just about distraction. Sometimes, it’s being too focused. And finding the balance? Well, that’s a challenge I haven’t quite figured out yet. But for now, as long as my pen keeps moving, nothing else exists.
