Elias – Lost in Thought Opensea
I was supposed to be doing something. I know that. The task is right in front of me, waiting. But my mind? It’s somewhere else entirely.
The sky outside looks soft today, like a painting that hasn’t fully dried. A bird lands on the windowsill, tilting its head, as if it knows I’m not really here.
I should be writing, or reading, or answering that message I forgot about. Instead, I follow the drifting clouds, my thoughts wandering through memories, ideas, and daydreams that feel so close yet just out of reach.
People think ADHD is just about movement, about bouncing from one thing to another. But sometimes, it’s the opposite. Sometimes, I get lost. Not in action, but in thought. And snapping back? That’s the hardest part.
I shake my head, forcing myself to focus again. But the moment lingers, and I know—I’ll drift away again soon.
