It came out of nowhere—one second, I was doing something totally unrelated, and then BAM! My brain lights up, my whole body buzzes, and suddenly, I can think of nothing else.
I scramble for a pen, my fingers moving faster than my thoughts
My heart races. It feels like my head is too small to hold everything in. I start talking to myself, sketching, typing—whatever it takes to keep up before the idea fades.
This is what I love about ADHD. The rush. The spark. When my mind isn’t just fast—it’s unstoppable. The world fades away, and it’s just me and this idea, this passion, this need to bring it to life.
I know the energy won’t last forever. I know there’s a chance I won’t finish it, that I might get pulled into something else before it’s done. But right now? Right now, I feel unstoppable.
